Shopping section navigation is located on the left hand side of your screen. Several products may also be found in the various articles they relate to. You can shop as you read or do all your shopping at once. A special 'All Items' list has been added so you may see everything the Finch Niche has to offer at a glance.
Payment
Visa & Master Card: Fore those of you who like to use traditional credit card transactions the Finch Niche happily accepts Visa and Master Card. You will know whether your credit card was accepted or declined as it's being processed. For instant purchases use Visa, Master Card or Paypal.
Paypal: Paypal is used because it keeps your private information secure. Since paypal already has your information on file you don't risk the information being stolen as you would any time you enter all of your payment information on other sites. This protects you and me. If you don't have a paypal account it's simple and free to sign up. Go to www.paypal.com and sign up.
Check/Money Order: The Finch Niche also accepts personal check and money order payments. The shopping cart will allow you to select this option at checkout. A page will be displayed for you to print out and mail in with your payment. Personal Checks must clear before the order is shipped. Expect this to take 10+ days. If you send a money order your order is shipped as soon as payment arrives.

Return Policy
If for some reason you are not happy with your order please return the unopened or unused item, refunds are only sent once the item(s) has been returned. A refund for the product purchase price will then be sent to you. Shipping fees are not refunded unless the item being returned arrived to you damaged. The Finch Niche does not pay to have items returned to us, that expense belongs to the customer.
Shipping- International
I'm more than happy to ship outside the USA, however I am not responsible for items confiscated by your countries customs officials. I cannot guarantee the arrival of anything shipped outside the USA. I also cannot issue a refund for items removed from your package by customs. All international orders are shipped USPS International Global Express. This option is available in the shopping cart. Do not ask me to ship international via e-mail. You must use the shopping cart like everyone else.
Shipments are tracked
I do track all orders and you will receive an e-mail from either USPS or Fedex (depending on which shipping method you choose) when your package has been assigned a tracking number. These e-mails are automatically generated by USPS and Fedex when the shipping label is printed. If you did not receive your tracking info you either did not give me your correct e-mail address or your ISP is blocking the incoming e-mail. At your request I will personally e-mail your tracking number to you.
Sold Out / Out of Stock
Items, which are currently out of stock, will be marked Sold Out or Out of Stock. If you order an item that isn't currently in stock it will be shipped as soon as I have it available. Your order may also be held for up to two weeks if an item in your order is out of stock. It can take as long as 6 weeks to restock an item because most items are imported from other countries. After 9/11 the restrictions and extra inspections at customs will delay my shipments. If you wish to cancel the order or an item that is out of stock, your funds will be returned to you.
