Does my site need to be about birds?
No. All sites are welcome except for sites containing adult or suggestive content. Keep it PG please.

Do I have to use one of your template designs?
No. If you don't select one your space will just be empty until you upload something.

What if the name I want is already taken?
Then you'll need to pick another name. Names are given on a first come first served basis.

How do I know if the name I want has already been taken?
Browse the community. I suggest alphabetically, and see if your name has been taken or not.

Can I get a domain name?
Yes. Domain names are an additional $35 a year. I'll even check to see if it is available for.

How do I update my site?
One of two ways. First you can use FTP to quickly as easily manage your site. If you are unfamiliar with FTP you can use the web based editor built in to your site. Your login will be your page name and your password will be e-mailed to you. The login and password are the same whether you use FTP or the web based editor.

What if I need help editing my site?
Just e-mail. For $12/hr I will edit your site for you. Most updates are small and take only minutes so you don't normally need to worry about racking up a large maintenance bill.

If you want your website re-set back to the way it was when you first signed up, that is free.

Can I sell stuff on my site and make money?
Of course you can. No adult content please.

How do I set-up a shopping cart?

It depends on which shopping cart system you use.
